Event Marketer’s Commitment to Safety (UPDATED 3/22/2022):
The health and safety for our event attendees, exhibitors, sponsors, and speakers is of the utmost concern and priority of Event Marketer. Nevada’s mask mandate has been lifted but masks will be encouraged at EMS while in the conference and exhibit hall. In an effort to maintain the health and well-being of all EMS attendees, proof of vaccination or proof of a negative COVID test 72 hours prior to the start of the event will be required for entry.
EMS, along with our venue and service partners have implemented enhanced cleaning and sanitizing protocols at the event. Those efforts include thorough and frequent cleaning and sanitizing of surfaces and high traffic areas. Hand sanitizer stations will be available throughout the event. Other safeguards include socially distanced seating in session rooms, reservations for our networking experiences and a variety of dining options to suit all comfort levels. SCAM ALERT: BEWARE OF FALSE ROOM OFFERS. Unfortunately, several exhibitors and attendees each year fall prey to accommodation offers from fraudulent companies—most notably a scammer known as Exhibitors Housing Services (EHS). These hotel providers present themselves as our official hotel booking partner. Note that these groups are in no way affiliated with EMS and their claims of having access to rooms are false.
