She leads operational programs to manage materials and waste across 13 Las Vegas resorts and venues to successfully divert an average of 50,000 tons annually from landfill. She defended her dissertation for the PhD program in Higher Education & Leadership at Colorado State University and is set to graduate this spring of 2022. Through her student activism, education, and professional experience, she has carved a niche in the fraternal as well as leadership development circles dealing with critical issues and concepts of diversity.
